UNIPUR PLUS CB and WCB
UNIPUR PLUS CB is a self-supporting roof panel with a 12mm water–resistant grade chipboard or a 12mm white painted chipboard, glued and nailed to two timber rafters.
Between the rafters there is PIR foam with 3mm water–resistant chipboard and a spruce counter batten on top.
Note: horizontal joints visible on underside of panel on CB only. PVC joint white available for WCB to cover the underside of the joints of the panels in the longitudinal direction: length 5000mm/profile
-The space between the rafters is filled with polyisocyanurate (PIR).
-Rafter depth depends on insulation thickness.
-The treated rafters are glued and fixed with 6 galvanized nails per metre.
-The top layer consists of 3mm chipboard glued on the PIR-foam.
-The spruce counterbatten is glued on the chipboard.
-It it is recommended to skim the inner board.
